Please note that all orders are custom made upon receipt of payment and are shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipments are sent via USPS in order to lower the shipping costs for our customers. Please keep in mind that BellaSymphony will not be responsible for orders that are not insured. All orders will receive a tracking number to track shipment progress once the order is shipped.
Shipment on PDF/Ebooks/Tutorials will be shipped 24-72 hours after payment has cleared (usually much sooner than 24 hours).
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an error on our part with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your items and your purchase will either be refunded or exchanged.
All returned items must be in original condition and must be unused. Once the item is returned we will refund your money. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
